Huaraz (3100) five hours drive to cuartel huain (4170) – Cacananpunta pass (4690) – Janca campsite (4200).
Total distance 8.95 km.
Day 2
Janca campsite (4200) – carhuac pass (4630) or alpine route – carhuacocha lake campsite (4138).
Total distance 10.4 km.
Day 3
Carhuacocha campsite (4138) – three lakes – Siula pass (4830) – Huayhuash campsite (4350).
Total distance 14 km.
Day 4
Huayhuash campsite (4350) – trapesio pass (5010) – cuyoc pampa campsite (4493).
Total distance 13 km.
Day 5
Cuyoc pampa campsite (4493) – San Antonio pass (5020) – Huayllapa village (3500).
Total distance 15 km.
Day 6
Early morning transportation to lima or Huaraz (10 hours).
